Tickets to the Sacramento Horror Film Festival "Best Of" Shorts are non-refundable. If you opted into the optional Purchase Protection at checkout, refund requests must be handled directly with the third-party provider—terms and eligibility vary per their policy.

NO TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets are non transferable and resale is prohibited. Tickets found on StubHub or other third party marketplaces may be voided without refund. Purchaser ID may be required at entry.

LOST OR STOLEN BADGES/TICKETS/PASSES
Once your ticket is scanned and badges/passes are issued, they become your responsibility. Love Horror Events is not liable for misplaced or stolen badges. Replacement badges, if available, may require a full repurchase at the current rate.

CODE OF CONDUCT
By purchasing admission to the Sacramento Horror Film Festival, you agree to abide by all event rules, venue regulations, and staff directions. Failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
